A message from Chief Nurse, Carolyn Morrice…
I’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who is working so hard, going above and beyond every day during these challenging times. I am so proud to see how our staff are pulling together to plan and manage the situation with professionalism and kindness.
As healthcare professionals it is our job to look after others; however, it is incredibly important that we look after ourselves both physically and emotionally during these challenging times.
Would you be willing to be our eyes and ears on your wards and departments? Help us to improve communication, share what good looks like within your teams and let us know what health and wellbeing means to you.
Covering the three categories of physical, mental and financial wellbeing, these hard-copy files include information on the services and activities available at BSUH for staff. The aim is to increase awareness of what's on offer for staff with little to no access to computers or the Trust info-net.
