In the 2018 Staff Survey, 23% of 566 respondents agreed with the statement ‘BSUH takes positive action on their health and wellbeing.’ For the HIV/GUM teams, the result was only 15%. A free taster session on how nature and gardening can help our health and wellbeing is being held at Preston Park on Wednesday 18 September from 1 to 3.30pm. Free weight loss programme starting soon

A free-to-join weight loss programme is starting at BSUH in the autumn. The 12-week beezee bodies course, funded by Public Health England, focuses on losing weight, choosing healthy habits and improving health and wellbeing.
